Functional fitness at Mental Edge Performance is built to help you move with strength, confidence, and purpose. We meet you where you are and design training that supports real-life movement, long-term independence, and physical resilience. Our programs serve women 35+ who want to stay strong, capable, and in control of their bodies as they age.

Additionally we offer classes for groups up to 3 individuals. Bring your friends, or your partner!

Performance Coaching

Elevate your performance with our professional Performance Coaching program, designed for individuals aged 15 and older. If you are experiencing challenges such as performance anxiety, confidence, or inconsistent focus, we're ready to equip you with strategies necessary to overcome these obstacles and achieve sustained peak performance. At Mental Edge Performance, we proudly serve a diverse clientele, including students, casual athletes, performing artists, and young professionals.
