Performance Coaching
Performance coaching is available for ages 15 and up who may be struggling to perform at their peak due to performance anxiety, low confidence, lack of motivation, fluctuating focus, and more . The goal of performance coaching is to give you the tools needed to overcome these obstacles so you reach peak performance consistently. Mental Edge works with a variety of clients, we do not limit ourselves to just competitive athletes. We happily welcome students, casual athletes/exercisers, performing artists, and young professionals.

**disclaimer: Performance Coaching requires client buy in and participation. Services are unique to each client based on individual need. Client should be prepared to share information on exactly where they feel they are struggling, what they have tried in the past that has or has not worked, and what their idea of peak performance looks like. This being said, younger clients who are unable to open up or are hesitant to participate may not see as great an outcome.
Functional Fitness
Functional fitness is dedicated to meeting you at your current fitness level and helping you enhance or sustain your fitness based on your objectives. Our clientele consists of women aged 35 and older who are independent movers and wish to maintain their autonomy for as long as possible. We also support all seniors 65+ who are currently independent movers. For our seniors we offer couple workouts so that you and your spouse can stay strong together. Our mission is to empower you to remain independent and confident in your movements. Please note that waivers must be signed to confirm your medical clearance for exercise and to disclose any specific diagnoses or limitations related to exercise.
Combo Coaching
Experience a comprehensive journey to peak performance by combining our services. Our weekly fitness sessions and monthly performance coaching will ensure stay on the fastest track to reaching your goals, both in the gym and beyond.
