GET TO KNOW ME

I have been on a long journey to find a career that both brings be joy and challenges me to be a better person, while also helping others. I have degrees in Sports Medicine and Practical Nursing. Additionally, I have a master's degree in Sport Psychology. I currently work as a Licensed Practical Nurse while growing my Performance Coaching business. My previous professional experience includes working as a Certified Athletic Trainer for a local school working with middle and high school student-athletes, and in clinical setting under a Sports Medicine Physician seeing patients of all ages and athletic abilities.  Performance Coaching will allow me to use my experiences and education to empower others to find happiness and peak performance.
